Alexander Rossinsky is an Executive Director at WAY Capital. He is responsible for underwriting, deal structuring, client management, and capital partner relationship management. Alex joined the Davies Structured Finance team from Charlotte, North Carolina based Crescent Communities where he was a Senior Analyst on the Finance & Investments team. During his time at Crescent, Alex was part of the team financially responsible for over $600MM in residential master planned communities (both primary and second home) and luxury resort assets. He is most proud of the successful launch and execution of a $100MM expansion of the 5-Star Montage Palmetto Bluff luxury hotel & residences in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Alex received his BS in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and economics from The University of North Carolina – Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business. During his time there, he was an active member in the CFA Institute Research Challenge, and started his own philanthropic club – focusing on raising money for underprivileged children in the greater Wilmington area.

In his spare time, Alex enjoys being outdoors, skiing, music production, traveling, and exploring Los Angeles. He is an avid swimmer, having qualified for the 2008 Olympic Trials, hiker, and chef.
