Jon brings over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, having held senior-level positions at prestigious firms including LFB Ventures, Lennar Urban, Clarion Partners, Hillman Properties, OneWest Bank, and in managing real estate groups for family offices. Throughout his career, Jon has directly managed and contributed to the development of more than 3 million square feet of commercial real estate, over 2,000 residential units (both multi-family and single-family for-sale), and over $1 billion in financing deals.

Currently, Jon serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of WAY Capital. Jon is also responsible for managing a commercial real estate portfolio valued at over $80 million. Additionally, he serves as an expert witness in various real estate matters.

Jon holds a BA in Business and Finance from Northeastern University in Boston and is a licensed real estate broker in California. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid pickleball and tennis player.
