As an Analyst at WAY Capital, Max is responsible for conducting financial analyses, preparing offering memoranda, and maintaining relationships with clients and capital providers.

Max previously worked at Avrio Real Estate Credit, where he gained experience in underwriting structured debt investments and evaluating capital markets. Prior to Avrio, he interned at George Smith Partners, assisting in the underwriting and marketing of investment opportunities.

Max holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Denver. During his time at the University, he served as President of the Club Lacrosse team, successfully integrating the team into the MCLA.

In his spare time, Max enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling internationally, and producing music.
